By accessing or using HoodPay services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We may modify these terms at any time and continued use constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law, and provide accurate registration information.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Never share private keys, recovery phrases, or login credentials. HoodPay will never ask for this information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

HoodPay may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our services for illegal or fraudulent activity, violate applicable laws or third-party rights, interfere with system integrity, use automated systems without permission, or engage in money laundering.

HoodPay virtual cards are issued in partnership with licensed financial institutions. Usage is subject to spending limits, geographic restrictions, transaction fees disclosed in our fee schedule, and card expiration.

You acknowledge the inherent risks of cryptocurrency transactions. Values are highly volatile and you may experience significant losses. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoodPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
